Getting started & care
The same four steps every time keep your product working well and safe to use.
Cleanse
Rinse with warm water and a mild, water-based toy cleaner before first use and before every use after that.
Lubricate
Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant. Avoid silicone-based lubricant on silicone products, it can degrade the surface over time.
Rinse
After use, rinse again with warm water and mild toy cleaner, then let it air dry completely before storing.
Store
Once fully dry, keep it in the pouch provided, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and away from other silicone toys touching it directly.
Two silicone surfaces in prolonged contact can bond or degrade each other, the pouch prevents this.

What's not covered
- Normal wear, colour fading, or surface changes from silicone-based lubricant
- Water damage on products not rated for submersion
- Damage from drops, cuts, or use outside the product's intended purpose
