Warranty and Returns: What Actually Happens If Something Breaks

A warranty is only useful if you know how to actually use it. Here's what the process looks like if a product genuinely fails.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects, motor failure, faulty charging, seams or seals that fail under normal use. Registering your product when it arrives, on our registration page, confirms your purchase date and starts the clock on your 100-day warranty.

What's not covered

Normal wear, damage from silicone-based lubricant on silicone products, water damage on products not rated for submersion, and damage from drops or use outside the product's intended purpose.

The actual steps

Email support@arousique.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll ask for a photo or short video where that helps confirm the fault. Once verified, we replace or repair, our call, based on what's actually wrong.

Change of mind returns

Due to the personal nature of these products, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we'll arrange a replacement under the process above.
